The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.Participants must have a valid email and postal address to participate. Participants must supply full details as required by the entry form. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the Burnham & Dengie Hundred Review or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members. Each Participant can enter only once. This prize draw closes 23rd March 2010. The winner will be contacted by email, mail or phone providing further information about the prize and how to claim it by April 7th 2010. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying within 7 days of receipt. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days, they will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize. The Promoters' decision is final. Winners must agree to publication of a photo and accompanying text.
The prize has no cash-value, is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. There will be no cash alternatives to this prize. This competition is organised by the Burnham & Dengie Hundred Review, 42 Mill Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex CM0 8PZ. No purchase is necessary to take part in this competition
